1. Our Commitment

At GadgetOverlays, we want you to love your purchase. If there is any issue with your order, we are committed to providing a quick and hassle-free replacement with the correct product.

2. Replacement Window

You have 2 days from the date of delivery to request a replacement. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for processing.

3. What Qualifies for Replacement?

Eligible for Replacement:

  • Products with manufacturing defects
  • Wrong items sent by mistake
  • Products damaged during shipping

Not Eligible for Replacement:

  • Custom or personalized skins (unless defective)
  • Products that have already been applied or used
  • Items damaged due to improper installation
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Minor color variations due to screen display differences
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

4. How to Request a Replacement

  1. Contact Us First: Email us at support@gadgetoverlays.com within 2 days of delivery.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, reason for replacement, and required photo or video proof.
  3. Review Process: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
  4. Return Instructions: If required, we will provide the return address and instructions.
  5. Replacement Dispatch: Once approved, the replacement product will be shipped.

5. Mandatory Photo & Video Requirements

To process claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, the following proof is required:

  • Clear photos of the product showing the issue
  • Clear photos of the outer packaging including the shipping label
  • Photo of the invoice or order number
  • Unboxing video (mandatory) clearly showing:
    • The sealed package before opening
    • The shipping label visible
    • The entire unboxing process without cuts
    • The product and visible defect (if any)
  • All proof must be shared within 48 hours of delivery
  • Claims without proper proof may not be eligible for replacement

6. Refund Policy

  • Our standard resolution method is replacement of the product.
  • If a replacement is not available or cannot be fulfilled, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
  • Return shipping costs are covered only for defective or incorrect items.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by our error.
