Once payment is successfully received and confirmed, we begin processing your order within
3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. Our shipping partners may include:

- India Post
- DTDC
- Ecom Express
- Other trusted regional courier partners
The courier partner is automatically selected based on delivery location, serviceability, and courier network availability.
3. Shipping Coverage
GadgetOverlays currently ships orders across India and to select international destinations where courier services are available. Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination country and logistics network coverage.
4. Shipping Timeframe
Estimated delivery time begins after your order has been processed and dispatched. Delivery duration varies depending on your shipping address, courier network coverage, and operational conditions.
- India Orders: Estimated delivery within 4–10 business days.
- International Orders: Estimated delivery within 10–30 business days depending on destination country and customs processing.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as remote location access, weather disruptions, customs clearance, high order volumes, public holidays, or courier operational constraints may result in additional transit time.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- A Shipping Confirmation Email
- A Tracking Number (if provided by the courier partner)
You can use the tracking number on the courier partner’s website to monitor your shipment status.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:
- Reshipping charges may apply
- Delivery timelines may be extended
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
While GadgetOverlays works with trusted logistics partners, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:
- Review your tracking details for updates
- Contact the courier partner directly using your tracking ID

Our support team will coordinate with the courier partner to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 2 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
After verification, we will arrange a replacement
